To Commision a Guitar from Kent
When you place an order for a custom guitar, you are beginning a relationship with the builder. It is my desire to work closely with you to help you find the guitar that perfectly compliments you and your playing style and needs. I will be available to discuss your personal preferences regarding tone, volume, playability and aesthetics and how they relate to the design of your guitar.
Terms
A $500.00 deposit is required to defray initial expenses at time of order. This also guarantees you a spot in the production schedule at the quoted price. The balance is due upon delivery. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase and there is no damage to the guitar, you may return it within 3 days for a full refund minus shipping charges. Approximate delivery time will be posted on the quote at time of commissioning. Customer pays shipping/insurance costs.
All instruments come with a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner.
